At the end of your shift, split tips amongst the team with this simple calculator. Simply collate the tips/earnings and then allocate tips based on how much each staff contributes to the shift (a score out of 10) in these three steps:
Step 1: Add Your Tips
Add your tips together - adding your Cash, Card and Other tips received.
Step 2: Subtract Deductions
Then specify a % or $ value for deductions to reach your Net Tips Available for Split.
Step 3: Allocate Your Tips
Allocate your tips to up to 10 team members by providing a value out of 10 and your tips will be split amongst the team!
